COOKIES PIE
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk (300g)
500 g clotted cream
8 tablespoons of powder chocolate
1 packet and a half of Maria cookies or milk cokies (500 g)
If you want to dip your cookies just to make them get wet and soft,
all you need is a small bowl of milk
Procedure:
First you mix clotted cream and condensed milk using a blender and while
it gets thick start putting chocolate powder.
When it gets thick enough you stop the blender. Then, in a glass container,
put a layer of this
chocolate cream and then a layer od cookies and so on.
If you want you can put chocolate sprinkles on the top. Put it in the
fridge some hours before having it and eat it cold!
