OPENED SANDWICH
Ingredients:
Sandwich bread (sliced)
1 small can of grated tuna fish
Mayo at your taste
12 Tinamou eggs
12 cherry tomatoes (very small ones)
1 cup of nuts
Procedure:
Boil the tinamou eggs during five minutes and let them get cold. Cut each
slice of bread into 4 pieces. Mix the mayo with grated tuna fish till become
a cream. Spread it on the bread.
Crack the nuts and sprinkle them over the cream. Peel the eggs and cut
them in slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in slices as well, put one slice
of tinamou egg and one slice of cherry tomato on each piece of bread. Serve
it cold.
