GAUCHO BRABECUE

 

Ingredients:

Meat
Salt

 

Procedure:

Stick the roasting spits through the meat and after put on salt. In order to roast the meat, you´ll need to put coal inside the barbecue place and put fire on the coal by using alcohol.

Let the coal burning for 20 minutes, then set the roasting spits with meat in the barbecue place, around 50 centimetres above the fire.

Turn the meat some times to roast the joints of meat all around.
